The website uses a secure server for credit card payments and is fully compliable with the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) at 256 bit. The site will automatically divert to www.webreservations.it (the online booking system) with the prefix of "https" which confirms the use of a secure server.

Payment
The booking system asks for your credit card details to guarantee the booking but the payment will be taken directly on arrival in the hotel.

Advance Booking and offers
Special offers and advance booking offers are available which ask for a deposit or the total cost of the stay. For these offers it is not possible to accept cancellations.

Check in and Check out (arrivals and departures)
Arrival – from 13:00
Departures – before 10:30 am
Early Arrivals

Arrivals before 13:00 are organised directly at the time of booking and are subject to availability. If you wish to have immediate access to your booked rooms we suggest you book at least a day in advance.

Late Check out – Departures after the stated time.
Up to 16:00 subject to availability and 50% of 1 nights stay will be charged.
If you have not decided to book this option we can keep your luggage and continue our service until departure.

Early Departure
In case of early departure 100% of the unused nights (with a minimum of 1 night) will be charged. During certain periods the hotel reserves the right to charge the full booked duration.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a no show or for cancellations communicated less than 5 days before arrival all night accommodation will be debited from the credit card.
